Most people don't have two melee items with 5/6 identical mods and identical ed%.
There's a possibility you could have collected these over a couple years... an absurd one. Getting two circlets with almost all identical mods except res is simply ridiculous. The fact they both have 53 life is even crazier. The odds for a circlet with these mods is somewhere around 1 in several billion. The odds of one of these ever spawning pretty low, much less two of them with the same amount of life on em. The notion that you own two of them is just absurd. Odds overwhelming favor these being fake. If they're are on b.net then at the very least one of them is imported.
Not to mention the massive influx of fake/imported items around here lately. Sorry, your shits fake/imported/shopped, take your pick. Get over it.
