All of you fake, non-fake, imported, legit, non-shopped, shopped or whatever Diadems/Circlets/whatever lack

30 FRW or STR instead of DEX... PRO-PvP = non-block Vita Necro...

Block Builds are inferior, so non of those helmets is really worth the money for good players, end of story.
