Rare diadem lvl 79 is from LEWT. not spawned but imported.
They sold 2x with same exact name and stats. Only diference was one is DIADEM other is CIRCLET (allowin you to just UP it to a lvl 79 diadem)
Bsides that i think for a ZvA id take life over str. Considering with that diadem youd use either Shadow faith or DB faith.
So max str ud need is 133 for SS.
you start with 20
+40 (anni torch)
+20 titans
+20 ring
+15 gloves
+18 bbrogues or spurs 19
that puts you at exacrly 133 str
so +30 str from circlet is all wasted str
so like instead would be a much better bonus
Bsides that theres other ones with 2zon 30frw 20dex 30+life 17+ all res as well
Ive personally owned 2zon 30frw 17dex 33life 20 all res 2os
yours has 3dex extra mine has 6 all res extra witch allows me to use less res scs and more 32020s witch also equals 20more life ~
