Yes you can. If you use this ring in your circ setup, you will need 3 pieces or Str gear instead of 2. Thus reducing the amount of life you can have.
And in your pelt setup, your ring has only 3 useful affixes, bwcwuse the only time you use pelt is vs hdin or nec. Making light res completely useless.
No matter what, 2 prefix craft ring is never ideal. For any class.
