I disagree 100%. If you're good and can swap hotkeys and manage what your doing well enough- you can lock/stun people with the Shockwave on a Tele ele druid. You stomp, cast morph, cast shock, cast morph, NADO BITCHES tele, rinse and repeat.

I've seen it done, and it takes a shit load of practice, but extremely effective...
