The biggest problem is, if such tendency of import from open to close realm will continue, the inflation of fg value will fall due "not dropable" items which no one can compete with is being sold here.
This guy is simply just stealing, simple as that. But what can be proven and what can't? That's the question and maybe the only question to why this case haven't been closed a long time ago.

Do I abuse d2jsp rules? No.
Do I abuse Blizzard's rights on creation of items? No. All of my items have spawned under legit circumstances. There is absolutely no logical reason to think otherwise.
Consider this:
- Why has no one seen any new bugged items that are typically attributed importation? (things similar bbelt, bugged tals armor, etc)
- Why haven't non-ladder items shown up on ladder?
- Why aren't more .08 uniques appearing?
- Why aren't more pre-LOD rares/crafts appearing?
- Why do all of my items have mods that can spawn within legit gameplay?
There is a simple answer; no one is importing. Guess what that means? My items are legit.

I'm afraid that your logic is grounded on a false premise. You have no logical basis to conclude that the items are imported in the first place.
