i Like the res on Circlet/amu/belt alot

Glyph Casque is socked with fhr-9str-6dex-mana jool ( perfect to get my fhr break with waterwalks instead of fhr-mana boots )
and is my main Circlet...

But imo Dread Veil ( socked with ps) is pretty Sick too , maybe for 39 lightning sorc :D ?
