Missing 3 str and 1@ for perf.
Still nr1 for hammer/VT and possible javas/tele hybrid amazons.
I agree I used to be really into making guides, and in my opinion, overall the best helmet for Hdin/Libby is CoA and hitting the strength requirement, for it is pretty hard without adding any points, and this ring really fills the gap for a 10 FCR ring. CoA is like an improved Shako.
