Dex gear is harder to come by and costs more, plain and simple and I think lewt agrees judging by their prices. 9/10 people make vita builds because they can't find or afford the appropriate necessities for a max block build.
a helmet with 60 life and two sockets is hard to come by but one with 20 and 57 life is almost impossible and lewt knows that. Thats why they set the price so high for their Bone Cowl because it truly is that rare of a piece.
Now legendarys 20/60 i dont know where that came from but i bet it was made using the same method considering they are both lvl 67 diadems.[/QUOTE]
