You actually can by using Valk. Also a Griffon with 15% ias jool in it.

It can also work for 65% fcr setups (which are very effective in most cases on Hybrid).

I just wanted to point out that you can usually WSM bug different claws.

Your one would be nice for a dual Runics non wsm setup. But I don't know how effective it could be.

I'm clear. I am not saying that your claw is bad, don't misunderstand me!

you have to decide whats more important (1 open soc) or some dmg more

in 90% of my duels i play with 102fcr setup and i rly don't want to miss my open socked at my griffon

but for sure your right, depends on your own how u like to play / setup your char
