Nice gear mikey

Its been a long time since I last played my lvl 18 bower. But I used to have a twitch on it for the speed.
I also see your javs don't have ias. (they are insane though) What frames are you hitting?

Those boots. do you use em against elemental chars only? or are those the boots you always use?

you lose 1 frame for switching to plate but I gain around 23% dmg which makes my mana go way further. my javs frames are never a problem since they hit so hard although a little more speed is always nice. I mostly just use the boots for 1v1 with fissure or ib sorc.

Ye mana can be a real bummer. I always had a 3 sapphire helmet in stash for long duels. especialy against chars like necro's.
