4. Offer was NOT ACCEPTED.

Therefore, in the absence of Challenge Acceptance, can 2 equally geared players, one with this, one with a RuneMaster / EDC, records results in x3 FT10's ?

This to my mind would be a good indication (and maybe finally, shut some people up).
