Just with such shield u need to use max block amu instead of frw one (or some jools like 30ed 8life 30lr 9dex)
With same mods shield in Zaka base u would need to spend stats on str to reach max block = less life (or must have str on amu = -1 mod ofc)
If u play with eni/foc/forti - its just diff builds, all are good enough ofc, and all are the personal choices of a player
