Mods are not that great for a weapon. Jewel is a keeper but far of a trophy...

-15req is totaly useless here caus this mod is used for ancient armor sock 95% of time (few non eth blades talons...)
if u want a trophy weapon jewel, as a perfect jewel, which could be considered as a trophy jewel, try to get closed stats from this:
4 weapon jewels
1) 20ed 8min 9max
2) 20ed 4min 9max 40ar
3) 20ed 4min 14max
4) 20ed 14max 40ar
there are tons of insane lvl9 jewels much better than this one, and they are not posted...
