Which leaves us with robo zerks and cruels for 4th frame, and of those, only fanged knives and 40/2x shael cryptics can still reach enough ias for 4th.
It's a damn classy option, doesn't fuck your ar for fvf like most weps do, it's a fine weapon to use on a gm vita druid.

If you get out-ranged when using a caddy you'll get outranged when you use a ccsoq too, because they're the same range.
And 2x shael 40 base ias cryptic swords do NOT reach 4 frames. 2 socket 40 ias fanged knives and ataghans (and lich wands, but their damage is way worse even than fk's and ataghans) can reach 4 frames but they don't need 2 shaels, 1 shael and 1 40/15 ias is enough.
