this is a d2pk circ, i can go roll one for each class in under 2 minutes

Mb on sorcs makes your weak matchups stronger. Mb on necs makes your strong matchups stronger. I'd rather buff my weak ones and use skill to win my strong matchups (I also love dvn and nvn and like to be strongest @ those).

However, it's an obvious concession that mb is more expensive and for pubbing, ya, it's generally better cuz u don't get killed as easily by a random desynching charger or invis arrows when ur dueling someone else. That said, I have no use for that circ and would hand it back to legendary if he gave it to me, but it's a 10/10 obv.

basically it would work 2x better against anything melee and with epic items u can still have almost as much life as pure vitas. king of 1 v 1 nec vs melee helmet imo and it's especially nice now that barbs got that buff with crit dmg and those new hybrid runewords. Ofc if u are rich enough u can make two necs , one mb and the other pure vita so u can be using ur vita for elemental chars/nvn even though if ur skilled enough u can be on the same lvl as the top vitas
