I really can't see any possible scenario where the visionary you posted is more useful. I know you haven't made a zealot before so it's all theorycraft for you but I have so believe me when I say this. In pubs you do not use visionaries. If you want ds you would use a guili, if you want life you use a shako, if you want to telezeal you use a coa. Visionaries = gm melee only rands try to use them in pubs and they usually fail pretty hard.
