these are not mine, im just putting them in here as a reference for myself. (note also that they are above lvl 49 and therefore, unfortunatly do not meet my lvl 49 requirements.). euro nonladder. the 20ias is great as it means that you reach the 120ias jab and throw breakpoint for HLD (therefore these javs blow all other HLD javs out of the water). they are being sold at the moment, for alot. I think they were upped once from lvl 48 to 63. pity they did not spawn as stygians.
balrog spears etc are too slow. matri javs are class specific (less bonus damage). these are the best on the realm at the moment. actually, i think they are the best on all realms. its the 20ias that does it for hld as you can hit 120ias while wearing forti (20+20+45+20+10+15(ias in shield needed). the point here is not to sync, but to do so much damage that a charging paladin is crushed.
