no one has ever built a character with 8-14 jewels over 20 max, because not enough of them exist on a single realm to do so afaik. Even if they did it would be an insanely expensive endeavor for almost no gain. The extra half point is negligible.

Theory craft all you want about what's "better", then go and make an ISO thread and bump it for 10 years and you'll still be 5 jewels short. Unless you're hiding a slew of 4/4 perfect mod jewels on those mules somewhere!

Oh, lvl 9...

4-15 magic is the go to for a standard build that wants a bit of min over that extra total damage.

20 magic is standard = 20 total dmg

8-14 is a 4/4 perfect mod rare jewel, lvl 9 useable also.

I don't even know of a single one tbh. I knew that a few years back one single one popped up and i remember breakbeatz (iirc) lamenting about how he never thought he'd see the day that one would pop.
