best all realms it's exactly my dream wand i would shell out so much cheese for this.

E: i would put 2x 7 fhr 9 dex 10 all res 30 light res jewels in this bad boy.

14% fhr 18 dex 119 Light Res 20 all others 5 rep 5 spear 5 spirit....
and it's a cute color + eth.......

Theres literally 1 hit difference between killing with white and this wand... If u wana compare overrated items arach > bb any day on 99% of the builds the adv it gives is minimal...
