By the way I don't really like this amu, bad on a hammer (cuz nn str).
It's a smite one. Sometimes smite need fast cast (vs wind / boner) and the str is usefull here.

But there is 2/20 s I rate 7.

Str is needed for CoA.

9 pc's are not better overall when playing around in pubs and not having sick ressis on rings and amu, but they are surely better on a cw hdin or 1n1 hdin and this one is supposed to be such kind of pala

9 pc is nice true sometime isnt needed i use myself 7 for get a bit more stack and mana but still keep 2 pc in mule for mass dmg setup
