Actually I think this would be better on euro.

Its near perfect for a snatchii +SoP block fpk druid if you were to make one. Block setups in fpk's on East aren't as good without snatchii's I think and ama duels are quite rare so I guess this kinna ring aint needed.
With 3 more str it would be perfect for a snatchii+ bb + SoP fpk block nec on euro too, but its still good for that as it is tho.

With regards to the rarity, no idea anymore on how common rings with these mods are lol.
