To answer both your questions, I have a point in each passive evasion skill and maxed cs and it's synergies.
I would of been thankful if finding perfect jmoc was so easy on east, but it's really not. You have to pay 3k and even with a bolded thread title no one answers. I tried getting one for 2-3k and it took my a month until I finally said fuck it. a week later some guy mentions he has one and sold it to me for 1.3k (many thanks!)



Meh, I don't really care if the item was shopped. If it's better than the other, I buy it. If you pay 200$ to get a shopped circ on some site, well I guess you deserve some attention. Wasting money on pixels is retarded anyways.

You sir get it. Fuck man, said it all. You know what? I had no points in passives and the very last time I respec, I decided to try passives again. I was playing for a long time with no passives and I was interrupted much less.
idk bout the fhr in cs v cs tho, it's usually 1 or two shots on either side, unless the other has 11k or less (lol) and. about the dmg and ias, it's only common sense. more dps = faster killer. And it's also why all my helms have that last 15ias I need to reach 95ias.
About the fcr, sometimes I want to slam somebody by tping on them and cs, I can do that without compromise when I use my spirit+cta tab. With griffs I can hit 60fcr, wich is fine for me.

However I must say that my fhr swaps and passives atm help me out quite a bit against hard hitting casters like blizz and hammer.
