those only apply to hits by the secondary weapon, not your primary, and your secondary doesn't strike on frame #4 so the speed
really matters for it- more than it does for the primary
hell if you had something better than an honor you'd probably be better off switching the order of your weapons around unless you're concing people or some shit, hitting with the higher damage lower speed weapon first.
but that probably deals more damage than honor anyway
because right now you're probably swinging at 4/8/14/18/24 instead of 4/8/12/16/20/24 (if in range, else maybe 4/8/14/20/26 or summat)
since the weapon speed is used for the next hit after the first with your secondary, you can only really 'cheat' it in to clip someone if the ww is between 8-11 frames in length while in radius with no drawback- very improbable.
in the matchups you'd want dual wield over shield, yeah you're probably better off with an honor naga than a second skull gnash-esque bp hitter due to the replenish- thats true
but not due to clipping and the first hit checks, that really only cheats for the primary weapon (good reasoning for massive slow 2 handers or battle hammer crap on primary, however)
