The thing i dont get is the no more then 45% dr..
Its as if some bad euro bvb saw that his build was bad, made up a bunch of rules to make his char good and you all just went along with it..
The dr cap is 50%, its not that much higher..
Personally if people want 75% dr, let them have it, nothing after 50% is doing shit anyway so why cap at 45?
Unless certain rand spawns are too cheap to sock a ber in their gear.

Every one can get 50% dr, the extra 5% does stuff all anyway, so why make a rule for it unless some bad bvb didnt want to sock a ber.
