9.5/10 for the craft and rarity I suppose but there are so many things I would rather have than a 20fcr pally ammy i can't even count them.

btw i never said it was the best item on all relams.. i said "maybe" as i know people have different oppinions... and like i said.... imo best item on all realms is actually Corpse Thirst Berserker Axe (as afaik its only of its type on all relams ) and there are a few 2 / 20 / dex / life amu's around
