These amulets are crafted, not rare. You can tell by the regenerate mana mod.

Why ppl spaming that an es sorc need 20 fcr are they clueless about how building an fire es sorc that thé builds didnt change for 20 years loool. 10 fcr IS enought on amu u Can even build a budget shako sorc with 10 fcr amu
