I know it looks good & it actually is not bad if you were doing a single playthrough and crafted it however in terms of PvP or trophy items it's a 0/10

Yeah the trophy room has an extremely high bar set for its rating system. Ranging from items that are not able to be obtained anymore from old patches 15+ years ago to bugged hacked items that were forged in the systems of the old diablos in the past.

Crafted or rare items have a bar set pretty much where the items take years to find thru millions of crafts and identifie's. Like 6 pt rings or 7 pt amulets all with 100% complete maximum rolls or 1 off in the perfect set of stats
