Dual stat is sought after for pally but not for Druid. Not even close to a trophy

Can’t believe someone paid 19k for this amu without any basic research. You need 19fcr on dex amu to hit 99bp

163 is the preferred bp, so 18 fcr is enough.
In d2r blocks no longer prevent casting so 163 mb, despite heavy dex investment, is superior in tvt where bowzon dominates.
