yea not all leagues allow mana pots. With the changes to FHR D2r favors EP ruleset, therefore this would be a great amulet for that league. in standard (i.e. teleporting) rule sets I dont disagree that stats would be better, but nevertheless mana is not a wasted mod (but the rating would be lower for that).

Any1 who have played PVP knows the paladin needs to chug mana POTs like almost everybody else, sure mana isnt the most desired mod i agree to that but its defenetly not a waste. If this was 2 Sorc it would have been a TOP ES amu no doubt.
