so overall, 9.2/10, based on perfection.

yupp, that looks to be BIS. Only thing I would note is this is a 7fpa build as opposed to 8fpa, meaning that I run lvl 4 burst of speed and 7 in claw mastery. The build on maxroll has 9/9/2. And that the belt is flexible. I swap between rares (frost nova, rep, life, fhr, etc...), deaths, and hsarus' based on matchups or tech options.

I'm already hitting max frames with 10ias on weapon and 10ias from blood fist. So the additional ias doesn't do anything for me.

Bloodfist offers more dmg, more llife, and higher hit recovery frames

Life leach gets hit by pvp penalty twice, basically making it worthless and All res doesn't really matter in melee duels.
