2pcom > 1pala for smiter (difference is big)
2pcom > 1pala for Libby (dmg isn't massive like 100 more dmg but lose 1 lvl aura for tvt).

The cold dmg isn't good.... at lld your get mdr bugged.
So if your opponent is wearing mdr (viper, string of wars etc). This has a massive effect on your physical charge dmg.
