Hi, and thanks to the moderator for taking the time to look into this matter..
approximately 6 months ago, (the 8th of february this year), I ended up in a bad area, (as a previous gambling addict), a place called 'Bar & Pub Games', and I ended up playing dice for hundreds of thousands of forum gold.. I got into a losing streak, and towards the end of the road, I tried to avoid paying my opponent, who won fair and square.
this is obviously a bad move by me, and an obvious attempt to scam someone out of his winnings. all fault is mine.
the user has already been repaid, a very helpful mediator named 'eerock', made this happen.
all in all, I cannot play D2R without D2JSP, so I hope I can get a second chance. I was told I had to wait a minimum of 6 months to appeal, so here I am.
I'll also stay away from 'Bar & Pub Games', and just use the trading feature for D2R, which I miss A LOT.
If you can find a second chance for me, somehow, I would really appreciate it, and I promise you won't see my name in these areas again, also I don't mind to take any form of punishment, if I have to sit on 90% warn or something, I'll obviously accept such.
