From a teleport amazon perspective, I'd say 6/10. Dex would of made this worthwhile and preferably an additional res mod like fire res or cold res instead of attack rating

Uh, have you heard of mana pots? lol Mana pots are gm in HLD pvp on USEast. Mana would be a wasted mod for zon. maybe you should know this.
