You would still want Dex from ring In thid scenario as in 102 you are AR starved. Which Dex gives you more AR. Not to mention more damage.

And this is even more so true now than compared to legacy given the AR % bonus boost from low level whirlwind from the new patch.

Making you be able to scale that 75 base AR from 15 Dex on ring (15 Dex x 5 = 75 AR) even more now.
