That 27minimum damage is so low,
worst weapon melee base Scourge and Cryptic sword, inconsistent dmg weps. in duels.
And so the whole Average damage of those bases is also
lowest from all mellee bases (LM, BA, DS, SR, etc.)
Comparisson damage:
Legendary Mallet 297-410 (707/2 = Avg Dmg 353)
Berserker Axe 140-470 (610/2= Avg Dmg 305)
Cryptic Sword 27-507 (534/2= Avg Dmg 267 and inconsistent dmg in duel, because only 27min dmg)

Nice looking stats rolled, no trophy weapon.
