Critical and deadly strike don’t just affect max damage.


Nor does that statement even make sense.

Rng determines what your damage will fall in your min-max range

Then rng determines if critical strike/deadly strike goes off.



This is why min and max values don’t matter. The average damage of the weapon is what matters. Regardless of the spread between min and max
