Yes it’s near perfect, with some resistance it would be absolutely perfect Vs elemental dmg (that’s why)

Well no barb should ever use this amulet vs elemental dmg

Literally the only scenario where barb can use fcr amu is vs a druid in a 1v1

And even there it’s debatable if it’s worth losing hl or not

The fcr amu makes u able to use dungo and berberber 20 fcr diadem (or a top 2s Visio) for 47% dr, u use raven and 63 fcr setup with this

The only cold resist you need comes from Trang oul gloves

And that is literally the only setup where a fcr amu is somewhat accepted over HL. So str and dex offers some damage compensation and resistance isn’t needed vs a druid
