Great remark. In fact, 19str means 9 repl life

when you use a life / res version you must seek the str either from ring or from amulet. In both case, it is not possible to get repl life from these two items.
while using str / res version circlet, I could use atm 10fcr38 life 9 rep life 86mana dual res ring. The whole build's repl life could be 32 (13 from dungo and 10 from boots). Which is just great

If I want to switch the circlet, I have of course another str based rings...

Yes I know what str adds in term of repl or plain hp. My real concern was about if you need to swich helm Ty for your answer man ! Indeed having Str Rings swiches is working !
