for crafted u want 17fcr or 20fcr, 17fcr for cm lite sorc so u can wear 2xsoj with croon. 20fcr for 200fcr with 1xsoj, any lower fcr its basically same as 10fcr which means a rare will be better due to having 6affixes
Desirable affixes are str life mana res and in that order (unless Es sorc then mana>life)
/e probably 7/10 due to low str, if it was 25+ str it will be 9.5+
