of course, unless it's a blue or white. There is no randomness when socketing sets/uniques/rares for the number of sockets.

Unfortunately this combination of stats isn't ideal.

FCR for teleport for javazons but... only 1 socket so griffons > this.

Faster run/walk would benefit bowazons but then they don't need FCR/ +2 amazon skills, 3os 30frw circlet-type helm > this.

Max damage and defense are useless rolls unfortunately.
