Just because you can call it LLD or MLD doesnt excuse it for missing good stats...

because almost every other mod, of value, would make the amulet over lvl 30. i was trying to educate the above users that were incorrectly rating this as a HLD amulet when its a LLD amulet. anything over 9? str or 9 dex makes it above lvl 30.
