I have a couple questions on your sphere:

Did you find it in hell?
Does smoke sphere roll at ilvl30 or do rolls on the item affect that?
Do you have any links to detailed list of lld items like this, role possibilities, etc.?

The Amulet is good and for D2r its great (LLD). In original D2 this would be regarded as a temp, as its missing life, but it is currently the only "known" LLD Cold amulet of worth in d2r.
cold sorc's at 30 really want as much mana as they can get so this rolled very well in that regard.

The value of amulets is usually as follows FIRE > COLD > Light (Light is weakest sorc build @ 30).

we beg to differ. with 900 life and 2500 mana, a esfb or esfirewall, with max block would be in the S Tier of LLD Builds.
Tele Windy, ESFB, Libby, Tele Barb. These are incredibly strong builds for lvl 30 pvp (when itemlame).
