It is bad mate. The +light skill damage is additive with light mastery and your other synergies so it is maybe 500 max light damage for a perfect light roll eschutas, where a +light skill is closer to 2k max light damage depending on build and rest of gear. You would be far better off with a hoto or occy for the other stats.
Also, if you use wizzy on a light sorc you lose a TON of damage simply to hit 200fcr easier than using hoto, why so you can use an extra soj or use ormus over vipermagi? Not worth it. Plus 117fcr is all you need, you sacrifice way to much trying to go 200fcr on light sorc.

u better check again the items stats .

Anyone who thinks eschutas is a good light sorc weapon is clueless and needs to do a little research sorry. See post above where I break it down for you.
