any rate under 10/10 is idiotic.

5/6 mods, and only mod to replace fire res with is like mana lol, also useless.

of the 5 mods 64/65ed, 38/40 life, rest dont vary.

it might be the best 18 melee armor that's ever spawned for many builds.

Even if something is the best piece of shit to ever spawn, it's still a piece of shit. The level cap in this game is 100, not 18. My lvl 95 hdin would 1 shot any stupid level 18 barb wearing this garbage.
