+2 necro isnt enough, you need +all skills. shako, coa, or griffons is better because they give +bo, which is much better life than the miniscule amount this hat offers.

87 attack rating is decent, but not quite as good as attack rating based on level. not many people abuse poison dagger and knockback for gm (no kick allowed) nvn bm (revive) duels, but if that's the route you want to go i cant knock you for that.
despite the hat having two sockets, you were too poor to put two of your favorite duped jewels in there, so this is a wasted modifier.
overall id rate it 2/10, i might equip it to my merc as a temp hat till i get Guillaume's Face, but it wouldn't be my engame choice.
