I cant even fathom how much attack rate angelics combo would add at lvl 99

absolutely terrible amulet, might as well be called anal beads. that particular graphic is only acceptable if you're a paladin. you're a barbarian and when i look at your gear using mh your character you aught to look like one.
level 67 requirement is far too high to begin using an amulet, you'll want to equip your endgame amulet at level 65 or earlier
the stats aren't perfect, and thus this amulet is inferior to highlords in every way. deadly strike deads enemies. strength is good, but dex is for amazon (women), what are you some kind of sissyboy?
barbarians don't need mana so that modifier is wasted, they need items that reduce their mana consumption. you're going to be using enigma, and highlords reduces the base mana cost of teleport making it the final solution to your mana issues.
15 resistance is nothing, you're a barbarian and should have a high level of natty res because real barbarians are natty af.
