Not correct.

Life steal is not 80% since minimum life steal is 3% and max is 10%. With a span of 8 values and your being 2 from the top, the % is actually 6/8 which translates to 75%. This means that the amulet is 9.5 according to your calculation method.

Then there is the matter of weighting the stats. It's way easier to get 100% on the skill mod since it only varies between 2 values than it is to get 100% on str which has a lot more possible values.

I feel like 9/10 is a proper score.

If your amulet has more than 4% life steal, it has 7 mods. Lowest life steal from blood craft is 1%, lowest possible additional life steal mod is 2%. 1+2=3.

If your amulet did not have an additional life steal mod, it would have max 4% life steal. Since 8>4, it has this additional mod.

I still wish this had life mod or minimum damage over the useless lifesteal affix :/ You can rate things based on how close to perfection an item is, in terms of rolled modifiers, but it shouldn't be rated in this manner, as usefulness goes, probably an 8.5 would be more accurate. Although, I do want this amulet for a niche zon build ^__^

Difference here, is 0-20 life variance, depending on frw charm compensation. However, rare would also have the chance to have two resistance modifiers, and I've seen many rare ama amus like this. But this is why, the amulet falls under niche, because resists are very important, in most zva duels hehe.

If this craft had, say 60 base life, then there would be a potential for 60-80 life variance if my head math is right, it is still pretty early for me.
