Pretty ladder char imo, i like it, well done building that. I can appreciate ladder llds. I used to do it along time ago myself.
But thats about it, It wont compete with any NL chars.
You are missing 10fcr in one slot to hit the 75 break point. But thats not a big issue on ladder iguess. But i would still try to get it. Craft/rare belts could both be improved.
Strength from eq does more harm than good. since you really want to glitch stealth+boots. Rings are not optimal on an 18nec, u want Dex, Repl, Life(1vita=2life for nec). LR & FR, DR & MDR.
That Zombie Head is dope af for a 1soc head though. Just sad it rolled Zombie and not Gargoyle or Demon instead. 1Wall, 2mastery is super both super cute adds to get, 8/10 Head.
Ill give u a B+ for effort and a C- for the character overall when you compare it with other necromancers in the bracket.
