Wrong. With proper build charger with that pike will have 67% DS and 50%cb vs 100%ds and 100%cb with death setup.
Math:
Rare pike average damage = 923*1.67=1541
Death decap = 1390

Consider we have 1500% ED
Rare pike = 24656
Death decap = 22240
Rare deal 2.5k more damage.
I doubt that your additional 50%cb wil do more than 2.5k damage.

Also that weapon got tons of style than that common death.

We only need to calc base damage to compare. I.e. before multipliers from skills, stats, gear.

Pike dmg
105.5*1.5*5.34(no ohm)= 845 * 1.67 = ~1411 avg

edeath dmg
93*1.5*5.0 = 697.5 * 2.0 = 1395 avg

add edeath's 50% CB, and more flexibility in DS gear(can use COA instead) and it makes well up, and over, for that +16 avg base dmg.

It's quite close but I'd say EDeath is about 10-15% better. Due to the 50% CB and being able to use COA alone.

Nope. Rare got 1os. So its Ohm or Lo, so Rare>death.
Also why would anyone with 2hander use COA? If it vs casters DR is irrelevant and melee pvp without shield can’t be.
If it for pvm CoA is the worst choice.

no selfrepair mod so it would have to be socked with Zod unless you want it to break in 3 duels.

well for DR yes and fhr and res and an extra socket..

but can be whatever helm a rare circ with massive stats and 2socks aswell...

say a circ
2 pala / visio / 30 str / res / 2 sox
or
2 pala / 30 frw / str / res / 2 sox
